Thank you for visiting and shopping at  Shop MRM’s. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Timelines

We now offer Free Shipping Pan India.

We work with reputed courier companies like FedEx, Delhivery, Bluedart, etc., and Software Logistics Solution Providers like Shiprocket for our logistics operations. The terms and conditions of delivery of such courier service providers will be binding on the customer.

90% of the orders dispatched orders are delivered within 7-10 working days across India. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.

In the Covid scenario, the delivery may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Customers will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing the shipment Tracking URL once an order is shipped. The Estimated Delivery Date is updated in the Tracking link within 24 hrs.

Delays

Courier delays in certain areas may happen in uncontrollable ways due to natural calamities, city lockdowns, bandhs, local festivals, etc.

If the delay is beyond 30 days from the due date for delivery, customers will have the option to cancel the order and claim a refund or ask us to ship the product again.

Customer Refusing to Accept Shipment

For any reason, if the customer refuses to accept the shipment, or does not pick up a call, thereby resulting in the return to origin (RTO) of the shipment.  Shop MRMs cannot be held responsible in such cases.

However, we assure you we will take our best efforts to get all orders delivered.

Damages

If an order is delivered in a damaged condition, we request customers contact us using the contact form or email. Provide us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will initiate the return process after verification on our end.

Refund policy & Return Policy

We welcome returns in the following situations –

o A wrong product has been dispatched.
o If the product is received in a damaged condition.

Return Process 

1. Our return policy is applicable within 7 days from receipt of the product. The time frame starts from the date the product is delivered as per the confirmation received from our courier partners. Please write to us at orders@mrmtti.in to initiate a return.

2. Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged part and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for the return. You can send us the images at orders@mrmtti.in. We will check the details with respect to its eligibility for return.

3. We will get back to you with your Return Request Status within 1-2 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick-up for the product in question. It will take about 1-2 working days for organizing a pickup. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, we will check the merchandise. The refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days. It will then reflect in your bank account.

In the event, on our verification it is observed that the defect is incurred due to any of your actions or omissions, then  Shop MRM will not be responsible for refunding the amounts paid to you.

Points to Remember – In all cases, the Product must be returned with the original packaging, including the shipping label (pasted on the packet), and invoice. The product should be unused and in its original condition.

Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 1-2 days of receiving the merchandise back at our warehouse.

Please allow 2-3 days for the amount to reflect in your statements.

Please consider these points: We will require the original packaging with any cushioning inside for the safe return journey of the product for our reference purpose, even if the product is broken.

Cancellation
In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason Message us on WhatsApp (using the Message Us button) within 12 hours of ordering stating your Order Number and we will be happy to assist you. A cancellation fee of 2.5% will be applied to the amount paid by you while processing the refund.
